Roers Companies is seeking an energetic Construction General Superintendent to lead on-site execution for multifamily projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate subcontractors, reviews drawings, and manage daily reports while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years of large-scale construction experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in large-scale multifamily or commercial ground-up construction.
• Must read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, MEP drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel; PDF handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of construction subtrades in conjunction with main office.
• Arrange, monitor, and be present for agency inspections.
• Review shop drawings and reports from testing/inspections agencies.
• Prepare daily reports and progress photos.
• Engage design professionals, subcontractors, project managers and local officials to solve problems and resolve disputes.
• Enforce job site safety standards.
