The role is full‑time and year‑round, overseeing commercial new construction projects in the Madison, WI region with Stevens’ in‑house trades and strong emphasis on safety and schedule adherence. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years as a commercial project superintendent on multi‑unit builds, the ability to read and edit construction drawings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a commercial New Construction Project Superintendent.
• Experience leading multi‑unit, new construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction activities to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors and Stevens personnel to complete work per plans and specs.
• Maintain daily logs, field records, and project photos; manage punch lists with owners and architects.
