Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Foreman or Superintendent within new construction (residential or commercial).
• Ability to read, interpret, and edit construction schematics and documents.
• Ability to use construction management software, scheduling tools, and digital plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Superintendent with supervision of all personnel and subcontractors.
• Develop, update, and track performance of construction schedule.
• Maintain all jobsite paperwork including daily log and field work orders.
• Forecast crew sizes needed for self-performed work.
• Coordinate punch list work with owner and subcontractors.
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements.
• Create a positive, professional environment onsite.
• Maintain a clean and orderly job site.
