• 10+ years' experience as a commercial new construction Project Superintendent
• Proficiency with project scheduling software and reading/editing construction documents
• Ability to meet physical demands as listed

Responsibilities

• Supervises Stevens Construction personnel and subcontractors on-site to ensure quality and safety
• Develops, updates and tracks construction schedule
• Maintains all jobsite paperwork (logs, tickets, plans, shop drawings, purchase orders)
• Manages punch list work with owner, architect, and subs
• Enforces all jobsite safety requirements
• Creates a positive, professional onsite environment
• Maintains a clean and orderly jobsite
