Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. Construction Superintendent to lead field execution of facilities construction projects in College Station, TX. You will coordinate with design engineers, managers, vendors, and technicians to deliver world‑class facilities and maintain thorough documentation.

You will enforce safety and contract standards, manage multiple trades, and ensure timely completion while reporting progress and costs to the Construction Projects Team. Ex‑hours and on‑call readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 8+ years in the construction industry.
• 4+ years coordinating multiple trades on site.
• Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends.
• On-site work in College Station, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors meet standards and deliver services.
• Direct construction activities of internal resources and subcontractors for each phase.
• Maintain records of daily logs, progress reports, and financial reports.
• Enforce contract expectations and communicate discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Approve work by subcontractors and inspect before payments.
