Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with large-scale multifamily projects (300+ units).
• Deep understanding of construction logistics and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on multiple projects to meet safety and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison among project teams and senior leadership.
• Develop field teams and enforce compliance with safety and quality plans.
