Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience on $50 million -$100+ million commercial/industrial construction project(s).
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates trade contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Supervises and develops the project team.
• Leads site walks with stakeholders to show construction progress.
