Clayco is a full-service real estate development and construction firm serving North America. The role oversees construction operations, site management, and subcontractor coordination for mission-critical projects in the St. Louis area.

Ideal candidates have 20–25 years of experience, extensive field leadership, and deep knowledge of utility relocations, BIM, and complex electrical systems, with OSHA 30 certification and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 20–25 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility.
• Knowledge of utility relocations, slope stability, and BIM coordination.
• Experience with high/medium/low voltage systems and safety programs.
• Ability to research codes and environmental requirements.
• Experience with Data Center/Mission Critical projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to work on-site and lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead organization and direction of all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work meets design specs, budget, and schedule.
• Manage site subcontractors, field engineering, contracts, and reporting.
• Develop and enforce safety, environmental, and QA plans.
• Coordinate with project management and client communications.
• Oversee permits, licenses, and field procedures.
