Qualifications

• OSHA 40 card, Site Safety Training Supervisor card, and NYC Superintendent License required.

Responsibilities

• Onsite field supervision of all construction activities.
• Maintain project schedules and manage the project budget.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, and clients.
