Qualifications

• 10–15 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• 5–7 years of MEP Experience.
• Experience using Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project logistics plan and implement schedules.
• Lead and manage construction teams for effective collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and project quality standards.
• Establish relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including budgets and schedules.
