Job summary

The Beck Group in Austin is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on a major construction project. You will manage field staff, align with project managers, review drawings, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls are implemented.

You should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, a college degree, and familiarity with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit. The role offers an integrated design-build environment and opportunities for process

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction experience.
• College graduate with relevant degree.
• Experience using Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC and Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project logistics plans, QA programs, zero accident plans, and excavation method plans.
• Review project financial information with the Project Manager.
• Understand and manage all aspects of the building process.
