Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 10+ years field experience.
• Plus 5+ years of field construction management.
• Must read and write in English.
• Basic math and geometry to calculate volume, area, and tonnage.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-work meetings with subcontractors to communicate project policies and standards.
• Lead pre-construction sessions to develop strategies addressing budget and design.
• Develop and implement work schedules for personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote the Safety Bucks program on site.
• Maintain quality control and update as-built drawings.
• Maintain accurate daily logbooks with photos and progress updates.
• Coordinate equipment, tools and subcontractor activities to keep the project on track.
