Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on projects generally under $75 million. You will manage safety, productivity, scheduling, and trade coordination while working with the Project Manager and design team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of directly related experience (or 10+ with HS diploma).
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools including Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities and field operations.
• Direct schedule, safety, quality, and productivity on projects.
• Coordinate trade contractors and suppliers with Project Manager.
• Review plans/specs and maintain updated drawings as a permanent record.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and cost codes.
