Qualifications

• 5+ years in a construction project superintendent role or similar.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
• Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and PM principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; able to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Commitment to high safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring activities follow plan.
• Preparing and delivering 4-week lookaheads to manage expectations and operations.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors to meet standards and timelines.
• Leading and managing crews for coordinated and efficient work.
• Allocating manpower strategically across tasks and projects.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and a safe work environment.
• Collaborating with departments and stakeholders, providing progress updates.
• Identifying potential issues or delays and implementing effective solutions.
