The role functions as the ambassador of the Manhattan brand with strong leadership and client service skills.

The position requires strong organizational and time management abilities, a background in large construction projects, and a track record of delivering on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with related experience
• 15 years of industry experience
• Experience in healthcare, laboratories, and sports sectors preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage construction risks on assigned projects.
• Develop remedies to address cost overruns or schedule slippages.
• Assist with safety program implementation on assigned projects.
• Deliver a quality project that meets client specs on time and budget.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Review bid schedules and General Conditions estimates on assigned projects.
• Attend project status reviews and communicate with clients.
