Job summary

Manhattan Construction Group in Atlanta is seeking a General Superintendent to lead the construction process and safely deliver complex projects. You will act as an ambassador of the Manhattan brand, ensuring clients, users, and the local community are proud of the development.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 15 years of industry experience, and strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15 years of industry experience.
• Experience in healthcare, laboratories, and sports sectors preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management across multiple projects.
• Develop remedies for cost overruns and schedule slips.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and followed.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide direction to project teams and attend meetings.
• Contribute to PreCon/Estimating phases.
• Maintain client satisfaction and brand ambassadors.
