Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent in Minnesota to lead field operations on multiple large commercial projects. The role requires directing superintendents, foremen, and crews, while coordinating with project managers and clients to maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will oversee site logistics, labor planning, and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with plans and contracts.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar).
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, executives, and clients.
• Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards.
• Drive job site efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
