Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of managing residential and commercial projects.
• Led or participated in managing construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage logistical and mentally complex jobs.
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR.
• OSHA training.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and floor plans.
• Ability to present information to customers, clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations on projects to achieve timely, profitable completion.
• Directly supervise field labor, trade contractors, engineers, and crafts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members for growth.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and client service on site.
