Job summary

Rockford is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations on residential and commercial projects. You will lead a team of laborers, trade contractors, field engineers, and craft workers, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent experience; OSHA, First Aid/CPR, and experience reading blueprints; Procore and MS Project experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Construction Management or years of equivalent experience.
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to lead and manage construction projects and teams.
• Ability to read blueprints and floor plans.
• OSHA training and First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations on assigned projects to ensure timely, profitable completion.
• Directly supervise field labor force, trades, and related personnel.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and innovative problem solving on site.
