Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management or 10 years trade experience.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with solar or large industrial power projects.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of construction activities and task assignments.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections align with the schedule.
• Budget, forecast, and manage labor, equipment, materials and consumables.
• Review documents for completeness and constructability.
• Create and update project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve discrepancies.
• Lead pre-construction planning sessions and site meetings.
• Supervise on-site crews and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Support hiring decisions and leadership development.
