Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects from ground-up through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of trades, codes, and construction sequencing.
• OSHA 30 and current safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and site logistics.
• Manage subcontractor activities and schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and quality control.
• Communicate with PMs, clients, and inspectors.
• Ensure on-time project delivery with minimal punch list.
