Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent - Florida Buildings (SP) for the Orlando area. You will lead field teams, align with the project manager, and drive safety, schedule, and budget performance across Florida buildings projects.

You will mentor staff, coordinate trades, and ensure compliance with drawings and specs while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality work on time.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry, materials, specs and methods.
• Ability to interpret contract language, cost reports and budgets.
• Strong leadership to run effective site meetings and client presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple scopes and coordinate trades.
• Proficient in safety and environmental principles and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of PCL’s safety program on site and integrate into project plans.
• Supervise and mentor project team, direct reports and trades.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet quality, safety and schedule targets.
• Proactively manage risks, look ahead schedules and potential schedule conflicts.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and lookahead schedules.
• Review contracts, manage budgets, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Maintain project administration, documentation and client relations.
