Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Wilton, CT to lead all field operations, keep projects on track, and report to the Project Executive. You will supervise staff, build client relationships, and drive results.

The role requires extensive site leadership, strong safety knowledge, and proven ability to manage multi‑million dollar projects, schedules, and budgets across commercial, multi‑family, or mixed‑use builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of Primavera P6 and Procore.
• 10+ years supervising multi‑million dollar construction projects.
• Strong safety and government regulation knowledge (OSHA).
• Experience with commercial, multi‑family, or mixed‑use projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and all safety and progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with code and safety regulations and enforce safety policies.
• Monitor material flow to jobsites with focus on long lead items.
• Control field office general conditions costs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with owners, inspectors, and other parties.
• Organize project records including subcontracts, change orders, permits, and drawings.
• Direct, develop, and evaluate subordinate supervisors who manage field staff.
