Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent at a general contractor.
• Experience in managing field personnel and all trades on site with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Life Science and Higher Education projects.
• Experience with complex, fast-paced, high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure site safety, construction progress, quality, and a clean site.
• Develop understanding of project strategy, scheduling, budgeting, and milestones.
• Collaborate with PM to maintain updated schedules reflecting project changes.
• Foster open dialogue with project team and manage subcontractor relations.
