Ausland Group is a seasoned design-build firm delivering architecture, engineering, and construction services in the Pacific Northwest. We seek an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial projects across the South Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will supervise field crews, collaborate with architects and engineers, and drive cost control and quality across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam for documentation.
• Strong reading of plans and codes; safety-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating work plans and CPM schedules with project team.
• Schedule, sequence activities and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain contract docs, RFIs, submittals and change orders with PM.
• Oversee safety meetings, site logistics, and coordination of subs.
• Manage field labor, tool allocation, and cost control activities.
• Prepare weekly minutes, permits, and necessary inspections.
