Ausland Group in the Pacific Northwest seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the South Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, PMs, and field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Strong plan-reading and supervisory abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Create work plans and CPM schedules; assist with master schedule updates.
• Coordinate, monitor, and inspect subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain daily site documentation and cost control records.
• Ensure safety programs and toolbox talks are conducted weekly.
• Utilize Procore and MS Project for documentation and reporting.
