Job summary

Ausland Group seeks an experienced Superintendent to manage commercial construction projects in the South Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with architects and engineers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with project management tools. A collaborative, safety-focused mindset is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR/AED and OSHA 30 training preferred.
• Experience supervising commercial construction projects.
• Strong plan reading and field leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam software.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM in creating work plans and CPM schedules.
• Schedule and sequence daily activities to meet objectives.
• Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Manage site logistics and coordination with subs and suppliers.
• Chair weekly safety and coordination meetings.
• Ensure permits and inspections are in order.
