Job summary

Ausland Group seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the South Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon. You will supervise field operations, manage schedules, costs, and coordination with architects, engineers, and PMs to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires a passion for teamwork, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment. Procore and MS Project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Familiarity with project documentation and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain work plans and schedules with project team.
• Coordinate site activities, safety meetings, and inspections.
• Oversee quality control, cost tracking, and document control.
