Job summary

Ausland Group seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the South Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon. You will supervise field operations to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.

You will manage work plans, CPM schedules, safety programs, and documentation using Procore and MS Project, with a focus on cost control, schedule adherence, and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong plan reading and interpretation skills.
• Strong project level supervisory and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of basic building codes.
• Broad knowledge of building and/or industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and maintain site logistics programs.
• Coordinate, monitor, and inspect activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage foreman and field labor to ensure high performance and on-time delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and change orders.
• Oversee safety meetings and enforce site safety standards.
