You will develop master schedules and 6-week look-ahead plans, mentor managers and field staff, review contracts for quality, and coordinate with design teams using BIM, Bluebeam, and Procore.
A proven track record in complex construction, outstanding communication, and a valid driver’s license with insurance are required.

The Senior Superintendent at Bulley & Andrews is responsible for day-to-day operations, safety, and performance of the company's projects. This position requires a demonstrated track record of prioritizing quality and safety while maintaining production goals. This person should possess excellent communication and time management skills and should have an extensive knowledge of construction management and safety requirements.
