Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience
• Experience supervising multiple projects
• Experience with solar or large industrial power projects
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of construction law and standard practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities and assign tasks
• Coordinate with departments to ensure materials and inspections align with schedule
• Budget, forecast, and manage craft labor and equipment
• Review drawings for constructability and schedule updates
• Lead pre-construction planning and site meetings
• Mentor field personnel and manage hiring decisions
• Ensure safety programs and site discipline are followed
