What You’ll Do

📋 Support the Superintendent – assist in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
🗓 Plan and execute – help maintain 3‑week lookaheads, coordinate daily work sequences, and prepare for upcoming activities.
🛡 Lead safety from the front – enforce site‑specific safety plans, monitor compliance, and ensure a culture of accountability.
📑 Document the day – maintain accurate daily logs, timecards, deliveries, and reports to support smooth communication with the office.
🔍 Guard quality – review work for accuracy against plans and specifications, support inspections, and assist with punch list completion.
🤝 Be the bridge – communicate clearly between field teams, project managers, and clients to keep progress seamless and issues resolved quickly.
🧭 Problem‑solve in real time – anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and keep the project moving without compromise.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
2–+ years of experience in commercial construction or field supervision.
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and safety practices.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain quickly).
Excellent communication and coordination skills with field teams and leadership.
Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform roof and site inspections.
