Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) partners with a reputable construction firm to recruit a Construction Superintendent for Commercial & Industrial Building Construction in the Milwaukee area. The senior field leader will ensure safe, high-quality, on-schedule execution of projects, directing day-to-day site operations and coordinating with PMs.

Qualifications include extensive superintendent experience on commercial/industrial builds, knowledge of codes, ability to read drawings, Procore proficiency, and

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent leading commercial/industrial projects.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial building codes and permitting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience supervising multiple subcontractor trades and coordinating field activities.
• Experience with scheduling and construction management software (Procore a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Establish daily work plans and sequencing; drive two-week lookahead planning.
• Serve as site authority for constructability and safety leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor manpower, inspections, and logistics.
• Maintain project reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
