Talent Edge Recruiting in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and public projects regionally. This hands-on field leadership role requires strong coordination of scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractor management on projects typically ranging from $15M to $100M.

The role emphasizes directing day-to-day field operations, mentoring junior staff, and partnering with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction, Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• CMAR experience preferred.
• Experience on $15M–$100M projects.
• Strong scheduling with MS Project.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations from construction through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and proactively manage project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve field issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain daily reports, progress documentation, and jobsite records.
• Enforce safety, quality control, and project specifications.
• Anticipate material, scheduling, and manpower challenges before they impact the project.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
