Job summary

Findorff is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on a major residential/parking project in downtown Lexington. You will own execution, team coordination, and jobsite performance from kickoff to completion, delivering safely, efficiently, and with high quality across a complex multi‑story development.

You will manage schedules, manpower, and costs while coaching field teams and subcontractors, building strong client relationships, and driving consistent project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• 8+ years of field supervision experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued at $50M+.
• Ability to coordinate multiple superintendents and subcontractors.
• Strong scheduling, labor, and cost-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex field operations, coordinating Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Drive planning and scheduling efforts, develop short-interval schedules, and manage manpower to meet milestones.
• Own jobsite performance, overseeing scheduling, production, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Champion safety and quality, enforcing OSHA requirements and proactive safety culture.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, providing practical solutions with the team.
• Lead project teams, mentor members, resolve conflicts, and foster client relationships.
