This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and has proven experience managing multiple projects, crews, and schedules at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple job sites and field operations
• Supervise and support foremen and crews
• Plan and coordinate manpower and labor schedules
• Monitor project progress and adjust staffing as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA)
• Coordinate with Project Managers and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
