Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 10 years’ experience in construction management.
• Commercial construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Fit to Work / OSHA 30 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project phasing and logistics plans for approval.
• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Communicate discrepancies to the Project Lead.
• Implement Lean construction processes and maintain accurate redline drawings.
