Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years architectural experience preferred.
• 1+ year specification writing experience.
• Experience with spec writing and QA/QC.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Construction Specifications group to support project needs.
• Support packaging, back checking format, and issuing project specifications.
• Collaborates in maintaining the HKS specification masters.
• Assist in maintaining access to specification platforms.
• Assist Project Managers in archival of project specifications.
• Assist in Quality Management reviews and logging as needed.
• May train new staff in specification writing software.
