Qualifications

• Certified Construction Specifier designation preferred.
• Sustainable design accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Construction Specifications group to accomplish assigned tasks for project needs.
• Supports Construction Specifications team with packaging, back checking format, and issuing project specifications.
• Collaborates in maintaining the HKS specification masters.
• Assists in maintaining access for the Construction Specifications team to all specification platforms.
• Supports Project Managers in project specifications archival process.
• Assists in Quality Management review assignments as needed.
• Assists in maintaining Quality Management review log as needed.
• Responds to questions related to the scope of work.
• May develop and maintain relationships with vendors / suppliers.
• Works to meet project deadlines and project-specific keynotes.
