Job summary

Foxconn Group in Houston seeks an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager (Construction Projects) to lead sourcing for major capital initiatives. You will partner with Project Mgmt, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to craft sourcing strategies, manage bids, negotiate contracts, and drive cost and value through the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on strategic sourcing in construction/capital projects, with travel 15–20% for supplier engagement and site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing in manufacturing environments.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic category planning and multi-year sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers.
• Drive cost savings and value creation through analytics and TCO.
