Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate trades, project management on the jobsite, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

You will enforce safety programs, train personnel, read blueprints, manage budgets, schedules, and meetings, collaborating with foremen and project teams. This role requires post-high school education in construction and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Documentation / file management.
• Remain calm during stressful situations.
• Know when to ask for help when a task exceeds skills.
• Meeting management skills.
• Team player with team building skills.
• Moderate support from Field Coordinator.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a site-specific safety program and administer project safety per Ryan safety policies.
• Manage subcontractors in the performance of their work per contract.
• Develop and track a CPM schedule.
• Assist in budget development and management within the project budget.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Establish and monitor the Quality Control program for the project.
• Daily documentation and file/print management.
• Hold, prepare, and document required meetings.
