You will align project delivery with firm standards while supporting growth initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with Principals and business development teams.

Ten+ years of professional experience in environmental remediation or civil construction, including management.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of Construction Services Program execution, scheduling, staffing, and delivery.
Ensure safety, quality Control and contract compliance across projects.
Lead hiring, development of Project Managers and field leaders.
Collaborate with MP and Principals on risk management and project controls.
