Job summary

ERM in Indianapolis, Indiana seeks a Consultant, Remediation and Demolition Site Lead to oversee field activities within the Site Investigation and Remediation (SIR) team. You will guide remediation, construction, decommissioning and demolition efforts while upholding strict safety standards and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and health and safety professionals to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering with 3+ years of project experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in heavy construction, demolition, or remediation project execution and safety leadership.
• Willingness to travel 75% of time, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead field activities across remediation, construction, decommissioning, decontamination and demolition projects.
• Ensure health and safety compliance as Field Safety Officer and develop site H&S plans.
• Plan and oversee contractor performance, schedules, cost estimates, and client meetings.
