Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Construction Security Senior Program Manager to lead security for the Monarch campus project in Mason County, WV. This full-time, site-based role partners with GC, data center teams, and security integrators to ensure secure construction and a smooth transition to operations.

You will manage governance, risk, incidents, and security technology delivery, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and delivering timely security assessments and handover readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in physical security, data center security, construction security, critical infrastructure security, or related field.
• Experience managing security programs for large-scale construction or critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with general contractors, construction managers, security integrators, and engineering/design teams.
• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, biometrics, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and security communications.
• Experience developing or implementing security procedures, standards, and risk mitigation measures.
• Strong project and program management skills in fast-moving construction environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and discretion with sensitive security information.
• Ability to identify security risks, challenge stakeholders, and drive resolution.
• Experience with hyperscale or AI/GPU data centers is preferred.
• Experience with security technology commissioning and platforms like Genetec is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction security as the primary site security representative for the Monarch construction site.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, construction management, and security contractors on day-to-day site security.
• Oversee access control, badges, visitor management, credentialing, and controls for people, vehicles, materials, and equipment.
• Review site security plans, temporary measures, staffing, perimeters, lighting, surveillance, and access controls.
• Track security requirements with construction phasing and site changes.
