Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or equivalent.
• AACE PSP certification within 1 year of hire.
• 6–10+ years of related experience.
• Fundamental understanding of BIM, PM software and Estimating software.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Bluebeam, SharePoint and drawing management apps.
• Desirable macros and Visual Basic knowledge.
• Knowledge in SmartPM and PWAKnowledge.
• P6 Primavera software is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provides jobsite consultations to assist project scheduling.
• Supports teams to resolve scheduling issues and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Performs regular reviews of schedules for accuracy and project alignment.
• Assists with critical schedule challenges and time impact analyses.
• Participates in kickoff, coordination, status, and post-construction meetings.
• Conducts detailed critical path analyses for projects.
• Supports pursuit teams with schedule templates and data gathering.
• Provides scheduling training via McCownGordon University and other channels.
• Mentors junior schedulers and guides career development.
