Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Manager to develop and maintain CPM schedules across diverse projects. You will lead scheduling teams, monitor critical paths, and prepare progress reports following district standards.

The role requires creating baselines, time-impact analyses, and client interface to ensure on-time project delivery. Ideal candidates will have 5–7+ years in construction scheduling, a Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 5–7+ years’ construction scheduling experience, including leadership in scheduling.
• Proficient in developing and analyzing schedules in Primavera P6.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare progress reports for each assigned project.
• Lead project teams through proper setup and maintenance of schedules.
• Update schedules monthly and develop what-if schedules.
• Coordinate and assist in the development of project schedule narratives.
• Interface with clients, owners and representatives.
