Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler 2 in Tampa, FL to support schedule development and project planning. The role requires updating schedules, reviewing progress with the project team, and applying scheduling best practices on active projects.

You will visit job sites, liaise with operations and marketing, and mentor less-experienced colleagues while leveraging JE Dunn scheduling tools to maintain accurate baselines and transparent cadence with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred).
• Experience with scheduling across project phases required.
• Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build and update project schedules with the project team.
• Conduct schedule reviews and communicate comments to the team.
• Support planning from proposal to baseline and updates.
• Utilize JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assist training on scheduling and best practices.
• Visit job sites to update schedules and assess progress.
