Job summary

Kraus-Anderson is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling for multiple projects, translating design and procurement plans into contract schedules. You will guide project teams, ensure compliance with owner requirements, and drive continuous improvement across scheduling practices.

With a strong background in construction operations leadership and expertise in tools like MS Project and Primavera P6, you will mentor teams and help deliver projects on time and within budget while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction operations leadership experience including Scheduling, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, submittals, specs, and contracts to determine schedule scope and contract requirements.
• Deep understanding of design, procurement, and construction processes and how they interact.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high quality critical path schedules in MS Project, Primavera P6/OCS, and related tools.
• Translate planning sessions into a buildable contract schedule for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with BIM teams to integrate scheduling insights into plans.
