Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Senior Construction Scheduler to lead detailed baseline schedules for water and wastewater projects using Primavera P6 and MS Project. The role involves developing a Master Schedule, reviewing schedules with project teams, and producing comprehensive progress reports to guide procurement and planning decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in project controls, familiarity with earned value, cost loading, and delay analysis, and PMI-SP/PSP is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls or project scheduling.
• PMI-SP or PSP credentials are highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project required; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, update, and monitor project schedules and master program timelines.
• Create baseline schedules with all dates, activities, milestones.
• Prepare progress schedule updates with narratives and reports.
• Review cost data, earned value, change orders, and vendor performance.
• Develop budgets, cash flow and forecast schedules for programs.
• Manage cost/resource loading and reporting.
• Enforce scheduling standards and best practices.
• Prepare progress payment reports and tracking.
• Participate in project meetings with stakeholders.
• Analyze scenarios for risk mitigation and KPIs (CPI, SPI, critical path).
• Support delay analysis and time impact assessments.
