Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction industry as a Scheduler or in project controls.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams and staff.
• Full comprehension of construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage preconstruction planning, design development, and bid/buy-out schedules.
• Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) analyses and forecasting.
• Prepare time impact analyses to support schedule extensions and delay claims.
